FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
    We are mainly based in the Northern Beaches however, we do travel into the city and can go as far as Ryde depending on the job so please email us and enquire if we can reach you :)
  • WHAT COMES WITH THE PLATTERS?
    We supply the board and the knives! We will collect the board the next day :)
  • CAN WE CUSTOM MAKE OUR OWN PLATTERS?
    Yes! just send us an email on what exactly you would like for example. if you are gluten intolarent we can add suitable options or even if you want a platter made out of donuts and cupcakes we can also do this!
  • WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TO ORDER A PLATTER?
    We can make anything happen! BUT we would prefer at least 2 days notice
  • WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR THE PLATTERS
    After the event is done please place the platter in any type of garbage bag and leave out the front for us to grab the next day. A fee will incur if we don't get the platter back.
  • WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT TERMS
    We take cash or EFT transfer, we will ask what preference you would prefer. We do require a $50 EFT deposit a week prior to your event.
  • DO ANY OF THE PLATTERS CONTAIN NUTS?
    If you would like a platter without nuts we can provide this however, some products may contain traces of nuts through the manufacturing of the product. If you would like a vegan option we can do this also please enquire
